It’s harvest in the Macedon Ranges so we are taking advantage of the abundance of local produce.
We are loving our farmer’s market shop Saturday morning and our preparations for the menu in the afternoon. (Listed below.)
Please note, we do our best to accommodate requests for dietary changes and 24 hours notice is necessary for this menu. With sustainable practice in mind booking in advance allows us to only purchase what is required for the menu. This allows us to minimise or completely cancel waste.
